Crash Replacement
It happens even to the best of us…. We are sorry and always hope that nothing serious happened to you. Fortunately, we have a Crash Replacement program.
Email us at sklep@wolno.cc with details and photos of the damaged product, along with your original invoice or order number, and we’ll provide you with a 40% discount code for a new set.
Applicable conditions:
- We need any proof of purchase. Invoice or order confirmation.
- Crash Replacement is valid for one year from the purchase of the garment. The age of your product will be taken into account. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- The discount given can be applied to the purchase of the damaged item(s) from the same product group – for example, if one shirt is damaged, the discount will be given for the purchase of one shirt.
- The discount code can only be applied to the online store slow.cc.
- The 40% discount code applies to the full retail price of the original product and can only be used on full-priced products.
